Beef Stroganoff

Because of this meal, my fiance can no longer have the Hamburger Helper version:

1-1.5 lbs London Broil (cut like dominoes)
2-10&3/4 oz cans Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic
1-10&3/4 oz can Condensed Beef Broth
1-Brown Onion chopped
1-Stick Unsalted Butter
1-lb Sour Cream

1 lb Pasta (I like Rotini or Farafalle. - Orzo or Acini di Pepe could also be used, but, I'd use 2 lbs for the tiny pastas like Orzo and Acini de Pepe) Cook to package directions.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the beef, when browned add the onions and cook until caramelized. Add the beef broth and soup and simmer for 15 - 20 min or until meat is tender. Turn off heat and add Sour Cream and toss with the pasta. - DO NOT ADD SOUR CREAM WHILE THE HEAT IS ON IT WILL CURDLE THE SOUR CREAM -
