Setsuna Goes to Prom

This is the third and final entry for the Sailor Senshi Prom Contest. I decided to do Setsuna aka Pluto because of something a friend said, she pointed out that more people may like a character that not everyone else is doing. I know in her Sailor Scout uniform her outfit is Black and Dark Red, sometimes the shiny areas on her dress looked purple so I added purple to the dress and green to match her hair... cool huh?
